Creamy Biscoff Ice Cream

without an ice cream maker!

This creamy ice cream is flavored with cookie butter, and there is more swirled in the layers. Cookie pieces add some texture.

Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Add in condensed milk and vanilla and whisk to combine.

Melt the cookie butter until liquid. Let it cool, then add it to the mixture.

Whip to combine into a light and fluffy mixture.

Spoon half into a loaf pan. Drizzle with extra cookie butter and cookie pieces.

Add on the remaining ice cream and swirl with extra cookie butter. Add on more cookie pieces.

Cover tightly and freeze for at least 7 hours.

Let it sit at room temperature for 5 minutes before scooping.
