Blueberry Doughnuts Recipe

Light and fluffy, coated in cinnamon sugar.

The donut batter is made of simple ingredients you will readily find in the pantry. 

You can use fresh or frozen blueberries. Frozen blueberries will color the batter much more than fresh blueberries.

Scoop the batter in a donut tin. Fill the cavities about ¾ of the way. Bake until golden.

Use a pastry brush to brush a donut on all sides with melted butter. Dip the donut in cinnamon sugar until coated.
