Blueberry Buttermilk Muffins 

These blueberry buttermilk muffins are fluffy, flavorful, and moist. Bursts of juicy blueberry are dotted throughout a soft and fluffy muffin base.

They're super fluffy and delicious! You can use fresh or frozen blueberries

STREUSEL- In a small bowl combine melted butter, granulated sugar, and all-purpose flour. Use a fork to combine it into a coarse crumb, then set it aside.

In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt and mix together. Set these dry ingredients aside.

In a large bowl add the melted butter, granulated sugar, eggs, vanilla, lemon juice, and lemon zest. Beat it all together until combined.

Combine the wet and dry ingrdients together, alternating with buttermilk.

Scoop into muffin cases and add in blueberries

Generously top with the streusel crumble.

Bake until high and golden brown.
