Cheesy Garlic Butter Rolls

 They use a soft enriched dough wrapped around garlic butter, fresh herbs and cheese.

Combine milk, yeast, sugar, egg, sugar, salt, flour and parsley in a stand mixer.

Mix into a thick and shaggy dough. Then add in softened butter.

Keep mixing until the dough is smooth and elastic.

Place in a clean bowl and let it rise until doubled in size.

Spread with garlic butter.

Top with grated cheese then roll it up into a log.

Use unflavored dental floss or a serrated knife to cut into 9 equal pieces and place in an 8x8 inch pan.

Let them rise until doubled in size, then bake in the oven until golden brown.

Brush with melted garlic butter once they come from the oven.
