Coffee Chocolate Mousse

This coffee chocolate mousse recipe is made for coffee lovers and chocolate lovers alike. It's a luxuriously light and fluffy mousse with rich flavor.

Melt together butter and chocolate. Separate the egg yolks from the whites. Add the whites to a clean medium bowl.

Add the egg yolks into the chocolate, along with instant coffee dissolved in water.

Whip egg whites and sugar until stiff peaks

Fold into the chocolate mixture.

Fold in whipped cream, gently to keep the airyness.

Pour into 4 glasses and let it it chill in the fridge for at least 6 hours or overnight.

Serve with a shaving of chocolate and some espresso beans.
