Biscoff Cinnamon Rolls

These Biscoff cinnamon rolls are sweet and fluffy, filled with Biscoff cookie butter and topped with a creamy Biscoff cream cheese frosting.

Begin with a simple sweet dough. It can be made in a stand mixer or by hand.

Place in a lightly greased bowl, until doubled in size. Then punch down the dough and pull onto a work surface.

Roll it out and spread it with cinnamon sugar, and then plenty of Biscoff cookie butter.

Roll it up into a log.

Slice into 12 and place in a greased 9x13 pan.

Let them rise until doubled in size, then bake until deep golden brown.

Spread the baked buns with creamy Biscoff cream cheese frosting.

They are so soft and gooey!
