Real Brussels Waffles with Yeast

Brussels Waffles 

This Belgian waffle recipe, leavened with yeast makes homemade Brussels waffles that are crispy on the outside and light and fluffy on the inside.

Combine flour, milk, yeast, eggs, sugar, salt and butter. Let it ferment for 2 hours on the bench or overnight in the fridge.

Thin the batter out with a little extra milk and pour into waffle machine.

Bake until crispy and golden.
