Condensed Milk Chocolate  Chip Cookies - Egg Free

Condensed Milk Chocolate  Chip Cookies - Egg Free

This condensed milk cookie recipe makes chewy cookies, without the need for eggs.

The condensed milk works as both as an egg replace in the cookie and brings fat and moisture to the dough which lends itself to a nice chewy cookie

In a large mixing bowl, add the softened butter, granulated sugar, condensed milk and vanilla.

Use an electric mixer or stand mixer to cream these together until light and fluffy, scraping down the sides of the bowl as needed.

Stir through flour, baking soda and salt. Then add in the chocolate chips.

Combine into a soft dough. Scoop around 2 tablespoons worth of dough for each cookie.

Add to a lined-cooke sheet. Slightly flatten the cookie dough balls.

Bake until lightly browned. Press in a few extra chocolate chips if you like.

These cookies store well at room temperature for up to a week.
