Overnight sourdough pancakes 

Super light and fluffy and easy to make! A great use for discard starter

In the evening mix the main batter. Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl.  - Flour - Milk - Sourdough starter - Sugar - Eggs - Salt 

Let this ferment in the fridge overnight. In the morning whisk in baking powder and baking soda.  Heat a pan with some butter and add in 1/3 cup batter

Fry until bubbles cover the surface, then flip and cook the other side. Stack the cooked pancakes on a plate.
