Small-Batch Peanut Butter Cookies

This small batch peanut butter cookie recipe makes delicious soft cookies full of peanut butter flavor.

Cream together butter, granulated sugar and brown sugar. Add in an egg yolk and vanilla.

Mix until combined then add flour, baking soda and baking powder and a pinch of salt.

Fold it all together into a sticky soft dough. Chill the dough for at least an hour.

Roll into 9 balls and roll each ball into granulated sugar.

Place on a baking tray, then press the cookies down with a fork.

Bake until golden brown around the edges. Let the cookies cool on the tray for at least 5 minutes before removing.
