Small-Batch  Snickerdoodles

Makes 12 perfectly thick and soft snickerdoodle cookies.

The dough is super quick to make and there is zero chill time required.

Beat together room temperature butter and granulated sugar until light and creamy.

Add in a large egg and some vanilla and beat it together until combined.

Whisk together flour, cream of tartar, cinnamon, baking soda and salt and add.

Mix it into a thick and slightly sticky cookie dough.

Roll into 12, and roll each cookie ball in granulated sugar and cinnamon

Bake for 10 minutes at 375F until the cookies are puffed up. Let them cool to room temperature

They are so thick and soft. These cookies stay soft for days when stored in an airtight container.
