Sour Cream and Chive Dinner Rolls

The addition of sour cream brings extra fat to the dough and it makes them so so tender.

In a stand mixer add milk, yeast, sugar, bread flour, eggs, chives, salt and sour cream.

Mix into a thick dough, then add it room temperature butter.

Mix for around 10 minutes

Until the dough becomes strong and smooth.

Pull the dough onto a work surface and form into a ball. Place in a large bowl and let rise until doubled.

Punch down the risen dough, then cut into 15-20 equal pieces. Shape into balls.

Let them rise until doubled in size.

Bake until deeply golden brown, then brush with butter.
