Sun-dried  Tomato Focaccia

Airy and light with a golden crust, this sun dried tomato focaccia will become your new favorite bread.

The dough is super simple to make by hand and only uses flour, water, yeast and salt.

Combine in a bowl and perform a few sets of stretch and folds over the  coarse of an hour.

The dough will gather strength and become elastic. Tip the dough into an oiled 9x13 pan.

Slice up garlic cloves, and chop up fresh rosemary and sun-dried tomatoes.

Press these into the top of the focaccia dough. Sprinkle with flaky salt.

Bake until puffed and golden brown. Let the focaccia cool before serving.
